Bob Took a Break...
...for knee surgery! Yep, right in the middle of the holiday bustle he scheduled surgery on his knee. Fortunately he did not have as many things scheduled as I did so the timing worked well for him. He has had a pretty fast recovery and though he won't be on the tennis court right away he is able to walk without a limp and is faithfully doing his rehab exercises so that he will be back to his normal activities as soon as possible.

The technology seems to have improved as well...from plastic stethoscopes to high-tech coolers.
